La Herencia® Carne Asada Chili
Ingredients for the CHILI
1 package of La Herencia® Carne Asada meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely diced
- 1 diced onion
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ tablespoon oregano
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 1 cup pinto beans
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce small
- Handful cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions for the CHILI
Heat a large soup pot over medium-high heat.
Sauté finely diced garlic cloves and onion in a large soup pot, with olive oil drizzle.
Add La Herencia® Carne Asada meat coarsely chopped and cook fully in a large soup pot.
Mix all chopped ingredients, and seasonings in a large pot for soup at a medium heat to simmer for about 15 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and add fresh cilantro, sour cream, avocado slices, and shredded cheddar cheese .
