La Herencia® Carne Asada Nachos with pico de gallo

Ingredients for the nachos

  • 1 Package of La Herencia® Carne Asada meat
  • Olive oil drizzle

  • 1 pack of tortilla chips

  • 1 can of nacho cheese

  • 1 can of refried beans

  • 2 jalapeño peppers

  • 2 avocados

  • ¼ an iceberg lettuce

Ingredients for the Pico de Gallo

  • 2 diced tomatoes

  • 1 small diced purple onion

  • 1 diced jalapeño

  • ¼ cup of cilantro

  • 1 lime

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • pinch of salt

Instructions for the Nachos

Preheat the pan over medium heat and add olive oil drizzle.

Next, add La Herencia® Carne Asada beef and saute until golden brown and is fully cooked for about 10 minutes, constantly flipping meat.

In a small pot heat up nacho cheese and in another heat up refried beans.

In a platter bowl, pour tortilla chips, warm melted nacho cheese, refried beans, lettuce, La Herencia® Carne Asada, jalapenos, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, and enjoy!

Instructions for the pico de gallo

Wash and begin to chop ingredients. Starting with tomatoes, purple onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, and minced garlic clove.

Next, in a bowl add tomato, purple onion, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, pinch of salt, cilantro, and mix all ingredients.
