Beef, Chimichurri Marinade (Water, Chimichurri Seasoning (Salt, Dehydrated Parsley, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Chili Pepper, Citric Acid), Dry Vinegar).

Cooking Instructions

SKILLET: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook for 4 minutes covered, flip, and continue to cook for 3 additional minutes covered or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached on instant read thermometer. Remove from heat, let rest for 3 minutes.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook for 15 minutes, flip, and continue to cook for 14 additional minutes or until Internal temperature of 145°F is reached on instant read thermometer. Remove from heat, let rest for 3 minutes.
