Instructions for Chili Lime Chicken stuffing
Preheat grill to medium–high heat. Cook product for 6 minutes covered, flip, and continue to cook for 5 additional minutes covered or until Internal temperature of 165°F is reached on instant read thermometer.
Remove cooked La Herencia® Chili Lime Chicken from heat,
and shred. Place shredded chicken in a bowl.
Once chicken is shredded add sautéed bell pepper and onion to chicken bowl and mix.
Instructions for Arepa
In a medium bowl, pour corn flour. Add salt and oil. Slowly mix in warm water until a soft dough is formed.
Begin diving dough into pieces until corn flour dough is finished. Dip hands into oil to avoid dough from sticking. Flatten the arepa dough to form a patty.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium high heat, fry a
repas until lightly brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
