Preheat skillet to medium–high heat.
Cook for 4 minutes covered, flip, and continue to cook for 3 additional minutes, covered, or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached on instant read thermometer.
Remove from heat, let rest for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, once beef is cool place it on a cutting board and cut
it into 1–inch–thick strips.
Place fresh vegetables on skillet and cook lightly, add broccoli, orange pepper, jalapeno, purple onion, and tomato. Squirt half a lime into skillet.
Add beef back into skillet. Serve with refried beans, and avocado slices on side.
