La Herencia® Chimichurri Plate

ingredients for Chimichurri Plate

  • 1 package La Herencia® Chimichurri

  • Olive oil

  • 2 white potatoes (chopped)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • ½ cup red bell pepper (sliced)

  • ½ cup yellow bell pepper (sliced)

  • 3 cups fresh mixed salad greens

  • 2 fresh tomatoes (sliced)

  • ½ cup chimichurri sauce

Instructions for Chimichurri Plate

Preheat grill to mediumhigh heat. Cook for 4 minutes covered, flip, and continue to cook for 3 additional minutes covered or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached on instant read thermometer. Remove from heat, let rest for 3 minutes. Cut chimichurri meat.

Sauté red and yellow peppers.

In a large plate, add fresh mixed salad greens, tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, La Herencia® Chimichurri, and topped with chimichurri sauce to preference.
