La Herencia® Chimichurri Quesadillas With Guacamole

Ingredients for the quesadillas

  • 1 Package of La Herencia® Chimichurri Beef
  • Olive oil drizzle

  • Pack of flour tortillas

  • 1/2 purple onion

  • Sprinkle of queso chihuahua

Ingredients for the guacamole

  • ½ purple onion diced

  • 1 diced tomato

  • ¼ cup of cilantro

  • 1 lime

  • 2 avocados cubed

  • Pinch of garlic powder

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions for the quesadillas

Slice La Herencia® Chimichurri meat in thin strips. Slice ½ purple onion and preheat the pan over medium heat with olive oil drizzle. Add La Herencia® Chimichurri meat and cook for about 5 minutes.

Next add sliced purple onion and stir until fully cooked meat for about 5 more minutes.

In a separate pan, heat up the flour tortilla on low heat. Next add La Herencia® Chimichurri meat once fully cooked, and add queso chihuahua.

Fold quesadilla to melt cheese on both sides.

Instructions for the guacamole

Chop purple onion, tomato, and cilantro. Cut lime in half, and cut avocados in cubes.

In a bowl, place avocado and mix until desired consistency of guacamole is obtained.

Add tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix guacamole and enjoy!
